St. Anthony Trust of Rhode Island is a non-profit corporation whose
mission is to support literary, artistic, and academic projects,
primarily through support for such projects at the Kappa Chapter of the St.
Anthony Hall fraternity at Brown University.
St. Anthony Hall is a co-educational literary fraternity. They're
also a really neat bunch of people.
Boring Corporate Stuff
SATRI
is a membership corporation, composed of alumni of the Kappa Chapter
and of other members of the Fraternity. Members are nominated by
current members, and elected at the annual meeting of the members.
SATRI's operations
are conducted by a Board of Trustees, including five officers.
Trustees are elected to two-year terms, and there are two classes,
elected on alternating years. One member of the board is an
undergraduate of the Kappa Chapter, nominated by the Chapter.
Trustees and officers are elected by the membership at the annual

SATRI is chartered
within the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations and is
tax exempt under Section
501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. SATRI's corporate
address is 82 Division Street, East Greenwich, RI 02818.
