Legal and Corporate Info

SATRI is a membership corporation, composed of alumni of the Kappa Chapter and of other members of the Fraternity. Members are nominated by current members, and elected at the annual meeting of the members.

SATRI's operations are conducted by a Board of Trustees, including five officers. Trustees are elected to two-year terms, and there are two classes, elected on alternating years. At least one member of the board is an undergraduate of the Kappa Chapter, nominated by the Chapter. Trustees and officers are elected by the membership at the annual meeting. SATRI is chartered within the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations with identification number 000047716 and is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code with EIN 22-3067778. SATRI's corporate address is 82 Division Street, East Greenwich, RI 02818.
